He has experience of over 37 years in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Internal Audit, Raising of Loans,
Treasury Management, Project Appraisal & Sanction of Loans, Budgeting, Tariff & Regulatory Matters,
Tender Evaluation etc. He has held the position of Director (Finance) & CFO in three Central Public
Sector Enterprises namely, Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd, Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation
of India Ltd and NHPC Ltd. He had also remained as Director on the Boards of PTC India Ltd, CVPPL
and HFL. He has also worked as General Manager (Finance) in REC Ltd and Chief Accounts Officer
& Company Secretary with Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. He is empanelled as Arbitrator with
some Public Sector Enterprises and Indian Council of Arbitration (as life member).
Experience in Valuation Profession
He has done valuation of companies acquired through NCLT as a successful Resolution Applicant. He
has also done some business valuations in public sector for the purpose of acquisitions.
Public Speaking and Content Writing
He is a guest faculty with IIT, Rookery on Financial and Regulatory matters of Power Sector. He has
also given some presentations on topics related to Power Sector in the programs conducted by ICAICMA and other Forums.
